At Junees, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on unworn items with original tags. Our streamlined process ensures that if a fit isn't perfect, your exchange or refund will be handled with care.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn garments with all original Junees tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
